YOU SUCK!
YOU REALLY, REALLY, R E A L L Y SUCK!
I Suck too…
…and honestly…I’m NOT sorry.
Some days, okay…MOST days, I cannot make it out the door with everything I need unless I have post it notes stuck to the door.
Even when I do my best to have it all together…I suck at it.
and that’s ok.
Are you critical of yourself?
I am my OWN biggest critic. I mean THE BIGGEST!
I will stress over the smallest things.
I stress over little things,
I stress over big things,
I stress over things that haven’t even happened yet, and probably never will.
What is helping me is light Yoga, heavy meditation, and extra, extra use of essential oils.
I have a huge support team of family and friends…
but sometimes…most times…
I suck…
Sometimes I suck for no reason.
I just feel meh.
And sometimes I suck on purpose because…
sometimes I can be an asshole. 😉
We all have bad days
a bad week
a bad month
a bad year even…
We often beat ourselves up for things we have no control over.
Journaling is a great way to relieve stress, or to use as a part of your relaxation ritual.
I am taking baby steps to self-care/self-talk.
I challenge YOU to start working on your self care/self-talk.
I KNOW it is hard to find even Five minutes for yourself…borrow that time from somewhere…hide with it and treasure it.
Gradually…
add a little bit more time.
And start working on how you talk to yourself!
It is okay to suck.
We ALL suck at times.
It’s okay.
And you will most likely learn, like I did, that YOU are harder on yourself than anyone else around you!
Congratulations! You are a human being, and YOU SUCK!
