MY PARENTS NEED ME TO COME TO THEIR HOUSE TO SHOW THEM FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME HOW TO USE THEIR SMART TV THEY INSISTED ON HAVING. RIGHT NOW IT’S STUCK ON A PORN CHANNEL! (HOW???)
I got screwed up on my laundry schedule during the Holidays.
DAY 2 OF THE NEW YEAR!

This year, I refuse to get frazzled!
It’s not worth the stress and it helps nothing.
In fact, it can make things worse.
When stressed, I will just play a song in my head if I’m in a situation where turning music on isn’t possible.
I will do my yoga and meditation breathing.
I will start thinking of three things I’m grateful for every day.
Even if it’s small things.
COFFEE. Wait, that’s NOT a small thing!
Bubble gum.
The purring of cats.
