LOOKING FOR THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

Speaking to friends and family before the Christmas break, I’ve noticed that many are not into the Christmas Season.

I am. And I’m not.

This year seemed to fly by and although I planned to have shopping and stuff done well before Christmas, it seems I still had to do a few things last minute.

The Consumerism is insane, and it’s hard not to get caught up in it. And for those where Christmas is a financial burden, it can make the Christmas Spirit even harder to find.

Although we are exchanging gifts with family this year, we didn’t go overboard. We want to make this an enjoyable break from the rush of work and life.

One of my favorite things about the Holidays is life slows down for me. Having a small family really cuts down on the travel, and we are simply not doing it this year.

Christmas can also be a sad time for those who are missing loved ones. I send you hugs and love.

Please remember it isn’t about what gifts you got or which gifts you could or could not give.

In a world gone crazy, enjoy the moments.

Merry Christmas from all of us at January Gray! ❤
